PlacerArts invites artists to apply to participate in the 17th Annual Autumn Art Studios Tour, which will take place November 12, 13 & 14, 2010.
The tour offers Placer County artists an exceptional forum to educate the public as well as to display and sell work to art collectors, curators, patrons and colleagues. It cultivates a greater public awareness of the wide range of artistic talent that thrives in Placer County, as well as offering the public the opportunity to observe artists working in their studios.
All artists who have working studios in Placer County that are suitable for display or public access may apply. Year-round studios within galleries will also be considered. Interested artists residing in the county who do not have suitable studios may apply to participate at pre-selected group locations. Only the work of accepted artists may be shown on the Studios Tour.
Artists working in all mediums are invited to submit an application. Applications must be emailed, postmarked or hand delivered by 5pm on Friday, March 26. Following the jurying process, artists will be notified of acceptance by May 7.
